5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

• Digital products delivered by email are non-refundable.
• If the Product has been printed, no refund is available.

Cozzy Lyne delivers to the United States and Canada. Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations.

Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change. Cozzy Lyne is not liable for delays but will notify Customers of any known issues.

9. Release of Liability

Customers release Cozzy Lyne from claims, demands, or damages arising from disputes, delays, or unfulfilled expectations regarding collaborations or Products.
